The aim of the Architect when designing this new residence was to maximise light from the north and create visual points of interest along the journey through the house.

To decrease the need for artificial lighting, the northern elevation of the home utilises operable glazing in order to open the interior spaces onto an outdoor entertaining area and landscaped garden.

A cantilevered glazed hallway provides a diverse experience throughout the circulation of the house and acts as a link way from the two master bedrooms at the front of the house to a private parents retreat at the rear.
