4 houses at the beach

This beach front project is designed as a suite of houses, with each home having its own identity.

In response to the coastal location, the four houses are built from masonry construction and feature weathered timber detailing.

The concept behind the homes was “flexible beachside living”. Each house is designed with the ability to convert from a single occupancy dwelling into separate accommodation for two families.

With this design intent, the houses give the opportunity for two families to buy one property or for owners to capitalise on the location by offering maximum rental possibilities.
